Dafna Leia Gravinskyi the owner of an Interior Design and Styling Studio. A native of Tel Aviv, Dafna currently resides in Kibbutz Sdot Yam. At the age of 27 Dafna made a career change. Prior to that, she was a professional dancer, having lived abroad for a total of 7 years while fully dedicating herself to dance. In 2012, at the age of 28, she graduated with honors in interior design and was selected to participate in the 6b mentoring program.
Today, Dafna primarily designs private homes and apartments for complete renovations, as well as wine bars and cafés. In 2019, she was a partner in a historic building preservation project in Brooklyn, New York, working with Threefold as the head of the design department. Together, they handled all aspects of the building’s exterior, as well as the complete renovation of the apartments and lobbies.
In addition, Dafna enjoys teaching. She previously taught styling at 6b and later opened the “Crazy” design school in collaboration with the “Crazy Nordic” magazine, which is based on Nordic design philosophy. She believes that design is a tool for enhancing humanity. At the research stage of each project, she works with all five senses, which guide her to create an exciting, timeless, and cohesive combination of materials.
